Whether it is a diet or maintaining a blog.. ahem.. I don’t do very well past the first few weeks. I can’t be alone in this. It reminds me that it takes longer than we think to create a new habit and only once or twice to break it.

is should be a thank goodness post, but sometimes I wonder if my “motivation” is broken… or if most people are supernaturally persistent in pursuing their goals.
Okay. Thank Goodness for realizing down days, even if I haven’t quite figured out how to make them up days.
